Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Tone Fluent ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to tonefluent.com and the forms on it. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- What you give us — when you sign up for the free bootcamp, request bootcamp dates, or contact us, we collect your name (if provided), email address, your stated Chinese level, and anything you write in a goal or message field.
- Basic usage data — standard server logs and privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (aggregate page views and referrers). We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
- To enrol you in the free bootcamp and send you dates and joining details.
- To answer your questions and arrange an optional intro call.
- To tell you about the course and related learning resources. You can opt out of these at any time.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and the program — for example our form/spreadsheet processor, our email provider, our scheduling tool, our hosting provider, and our analytics provider — and only so they can perform that service for us.
Where it's stored and how long
Your information may be processed on servers outside your country. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each message or by emailing us. Email hello@tonefluent.com and we'll act on your request.
Children
The program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and, for material changes, let enrolled members know.
