Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of tonefluent.com and your participation in the Tone Fluent bootcamp and course. By signing up you agree to them.
What we offer
- Free 3-week bootcamp — a free live introduction to the method. No payment and no card required.
- The course — a 120-hour live small-group course taking you toward HSK4, run over about 5 months. New cohorts open monthly.
We teach a method and provide live instruction and materials. Your progress also depends on the work you put in.
Pricing and payment
Course prices are shown in US dollars on the site (founding price $1797, or a payment plan of 3 × $649). Prices and availability may change for future cohorts; the price you're shown at enrolment is the price that applies to you.
The tuition-back guarantee
If you complete the course and meet the standards, your tuition is refunded in full. To qualify you must, for the cohort you're enrolled in:
- attend the classes (full attendance);
- submit your homework on time;
- reach the typing standard (30+ words per minute);
- pass the recitation standard; and
- meet the handwriting standard.
Meet all of these and we refund your full tuition. The standards exist so the refund rewards completing the work that makes the method work. Exact milestones for each cohort are shared with members at the start of the course.
Cancellations and refunds outside the guarantee
If you need to withdraw, contact us as early as possible and we'll tell you what's possible for your cohort. The free bootcamp can be left at any time at no cost.
Your conduct
Course materials are for your own learning. Please don't copy, redistribute, or resell them. Treat classmates and teachers with respect.
Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to help you succeed, but outcomes depend on your participation, and apart from the tuition-back guarantee above we don't promise a specific result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes and contact
